Kevin DeYoung's Review of Rob Bell's "Love Wins"

I highly recommend to you Kevin DeYoung's review of Rob Bell's Love Wins.  I spent a good deal of time recently evaluating the trajectories of the Emergent movement for an address I gave for truthXchange (the audio of which I think will be posted on their website at some point, as well as published in a forthcoming volume), and, suffice it to say, I was not shocked in the slightest that Rob Bell has moved toward wholesale universalism.  Emergentism has Gnostic roots, and it was only a matter of time before the outward expressions, so to speak, began to line up with the more basic commitments.

Kevin has done us all a great service, and this review should be widely distributed.
